Can you Erase "Existence Erasure" by erasing it's concept ?

One need Conceptual level EE to do that, and isn't like you can just launch the attack into the air and erase it. Assuming it was launched against the manifestation of said concept then "theorically" you can, but I guess after that you wouldn't be able to use the power again unless you're a 1-A character.
