Not unless you're extremely stingy since the way Chaos Energy and Ki are described in-universe are very similar.

Also also, 6 hits? Genesis games were 8 hit bosses, its Superstars thats mostly just 6 hits.

Not any great ones. There are arguments that Cell's martial arts skill is more complex than anything Metal has had faced and or copied, but I doubt Death Battle argues that and it doesn't stop Metal from taking the techniques unless you also apply the same logic as his skill to them, which is iffy
 
Metal's preview views already beat Ichigo's and Yusuke's. Also Cell jumped to have 2nd most viewed preview of indie era :V

Now this might not guarantee much, BowserEggman and ShiggyMahito had lower previews but got views, while WileTom got high previews but got lower views.
 
I mean to be fair some of the most viewed and talked about episodes are Dragon Ball or Sonic themed, it's bound to crack a lot of views
 
Only in reddit can you have a debate that goes:

"Here is a scan of my character actually busting a planet on-screen. Can you match this?" gets downvoted by multiple people

also ik i said i wouldnt complain about blde vs buffy anymore so sorry, but buffy was stated to be an angel in the novels. the breathing gun is stated to work on angels but the g1 blog disregarded it with a mix of because i said so and heacannons

A while ago there was a dude that debated planet level via a shady calculation and few statements of world destruction, I gave him several statements and 2 calcs on the opposition having better shit and started to cry it aint counting the same as his

Some individuals are literal clowns on reddit on how they play favorites and dont know shit about the others ones
 
Anyways giving Cell episode in surprised nobody ever brought up the wars Cell solar system level cell brought back in the day of vs


It's crazy in hindsight how bad the arguments against cell being Solar System level were like he one of the biggest examples of having numerous of guidebooks backing him including a game showing he could infact nuke the solar system

Unfortunately, Dragon Ball attracts people like that for some reason. I've debated so many people over the years who sincerely tried to argue Freeza blowing up planets is just 'planet-busting hax' (like the Supernova and Death Ball have the special property of blowing up planets) or just 'chain reaction'. Similar stuff with, for example, claiming King Vegeta blowing up three planets simultaneously was just visual hyperbole. Or, as you brought up, Cell was just bragging and making things up when he claimed his Kamehameha would destroy the entire Solar System. And so on. We still see this rhetoric form to this day, with people insisting that Goku vs Beerus either wasn't actually going to destroy the universe (contradicting every piece of narrative, character statements, the waves crossing into other 4-D structures, etc) or that it was somehow entirely Beerus's Hakai at play (...even though Goku negated the waves by matching Beerus with his own power anyway...)

People see feats and clear statements then just run mental gymnastics to try and dismiss them, to delegitimise them. It's crazy.
