It's possible for sure, but scenes like this are why, to me, having actual explanations on top of the showings is so important in these kinds of games. While somebody can easily interpret this scene as him shattering a dimension, it's just as easy to say that he shattered an illusion instead because of just how vague it is.
Even here on the site, this event is explained as Chakravartin "
breaking through the Event Horizon, sending Asura's real self to Naraka and then making him come back through a warp in reality". And yet, from what I can find, this is never actually said anywhere in-game and is instead someone's interpretation of what was being depicted. That's why I appreciate it when there exists actual concrete explanations for supposed cosmic-level feats like these in order to remove that sense of vagueness.
