Hello everyone, today I’m going to sell you on upgrading Solaris’ Higher Dimensional Existence to Five Dimensions. I would like to make it explicitly clear from the start. This does not affect AP or durability. With that said and sighs of relief being breathed all around, here is the evidence:

Disagree:
- As we currently know, Solaris is treated as a 4 Dimensional being. Stated to transcend space-time, and be temporally Omnipresent. Thus their current HDE status. However, it should be noted, these statements are in reference to the form we face as Sonic, Silver, and Shadow. This is important for the following points
- Eggman states that Solaris is a Super-Dimensional life form. “Super” when used as a prefix means to be “above” or “beyond”. When used in conjunction with Dimensional, you get Above/Beyond Dimensions. We know this is in reference to Solaris’ dimensional axis thanks to the statements of him being a transcendent being that exists on the temporal axis. However, the following comment means this statement can be taken further.
- Eggman states the shells on Solaris’ body are anchoring him to the dimension he is currently in (the temporal axis). Stating that destroying it would defeat them, since they would no longer be able to interact with space-time continuum. So the implication seems to be that Solaris is from a higher dimension, and uses his shells to anchor him to the temporal axis where they can then destroy the cosmology of Sonic. However, we come to learn this is false.
- We’re told by Eggman after destroying Solaris’ shells that he was wrong, and that it would be impossible to defeat a Super Dimensional being after all. This means the form we see of Solaris isn’t being anchored down to a lower one, but rather cam exist in the fourth dimension for unknown reasons. Luckily, after Solaris’ defeat, we’re shown that what we were fighting wasn’t Solaris’ true form. We get a glimpse of Solaris’ true form within a black space where we see Solaris’ true form to be a spark (which takes Elise to his flame which she blows out to prevent him from ever existing to begin with).
- This explains the lapse in Eggman’s claim. Solaris wasn’t a Super-Dimensional being anchoring themselves from the fifth dimension to the fourth one. They were a Super-Dimensional being who created an avatar within the fourth dimension to turn all to nothingness. Thus destroying the shells would not elevate Solaris back to their dimension of origin. Which explains why destroying his avatar prevented them from continuing to destroy the cosmology. In short, Solaris is a Super-Dimensional life form that exists on a 5 Dimensional axis, and merely projects an avatar across the temporal axis to interact with all space-times. As his true form exists beyond every other dimensional axis, he is incapable of interacting with them and its contents naturally. Thus why Eggman believed destroying its anchors would have been the optimal way to win.
Propositions:
- Solaris should have Avatar Creation listed on his page for creating a transcendent body that can exist across all of time.
- Solaris’ true form should have Higher Dimensional Existence (5-D)
- Solaris’ avatar should still have Higher Dimensional Existence (4-D) on account of being transcendent beyond the spatial axis and existing across all of time
- Super Forms should have Avatar Creation Negation for preventing Solaris from creating a new avatar to finish collapsing all timelines.
- Chaos Energy related abilities should all have 5D potency for being able to affect a 5 Dimensional being with their most basic applications (At the last bit of Solaris' health during Phase 2, you can freely choose who to finish him off with. Physical attacks from Sonic, Chaos Spears from Shadow, and redirected attacks from Silver's Shield of Light can all prevent Solaris’ true form from creating another avatar, leaving it in a defenseless state). Chaos related hax are all reliant on the same energy, with different more complex applications simply requiring different amounts of Chaos Energy than others. This is ONLY applicable to Chaos Energy, and has no bearing over any other energy system or hax in-universe. So no 5D hax for Base cast (Aside from Shadow who can use Chaos Energy naturally). This doesn’t affect the AP of Chaos Energy, merely the potency of the hax.
- Super Forms should have Low Complex Multiverse range for being able to interact with Solaris’ true form (Which exists on the 5th axis). If this doesn't qualify for said range, perhaps some advanced form of Interdimensional range would suffice.
