Kisame is surprisingly observant and analytical in his fights he just isn't a "12 steps ahead of everyone" 200+ IQ fighter like half of the relevant cast.
just because Guy and Jinbei both use martial arts doesn't make them similar at all. Also losing to someone who is arguably as skilled as Kakashi, who's an actual genius, isn't a particularly bad thing.
Not to mention Kisame only lost to Guy once where he had to push himself to the 7th Gate, they left the first time, Guy beat a weaker clone the second time that was only there to stall.
Jinbei is not comparable to Guy. stop that.

Neither GRC or CO is allowed in this fight because of the fact they provide oneshot level amps to Tier's AP.

Eh perhaps my usage of the word brute wasn't the best but that's more so for lack there of a better word.
Okay thats not very impressive to me in the long haul. That's something very easily accompanied. Not to mention "faking your death." could entail a whole bunch of different things. That could range from slowing down ones breath, stopping the heart to more ridiculous shit.
In order to be more "skilled." than Tier and Jinbe he absolutely does need to be.
Your missing the point here. Jinbei and Tier both have a vast amount of skill scaling, unlike Kisame who has a clear line.
And Jinbe is in the same type of vein, he's the greatest master of Fish-man Karate.
And yet Kisame scales to none of that.

Cope? I was serious. Nunchucks are the worst weapon you could pick to use. Nunchuck = crippled stick. Guy somehow getting stronger from using them is an actual skill feat though more so in the vein of cutting concepts aka unquantifiable.

you need to quantify their skill without appealing to experience
holding his own against Guy is the feat
quantify that.
he scales to people like Asuma who are verbatim stated to be comparable to people like Kakashi and high end jonin and he was holding his own briefly against Guy before he got overpowered.

In that case I’ll be voting Jinbe. He has the superior amps in Buso and Rage Boost.
Jinbe’s Buso gives a greater AP amp than Wano Zoro, who, with Buso was able to oneshot Killer who was comparable to his base, and his Buso gives him a similar Durability amp to Pre-Hao Coating Zoro, who could defend against an attack that would oneshot his base.
Jinbe’s Rage Boost boosts both his AP and Durability. Prior to being amped, he was getting cut and harmed by Who’s Who, but afterwards, Who’s Who’s fingers broke simply my attacking him. The AP boost is also significant because prior to the amp, Jinbe and Who’s Who were relative, but after, Jinbe was able to break his hands by grabbing them and then take him out with a single hit.
Even outside of his amps, Jinbe is still the most skilled fighter here (debatable between him and Harribel), and he has durability negation with each attack that can travel several tens of meters on air. Since Fishman Karate attacks are doubled under water, the range and strength of his Fishman Karate would be much higher than what I said above, as these all happened above water.
Jinbe has the heat resistance to resist Harribel’s boiling water, and he has good enough water Manipulation with Fishman Karate and Fishman Jiu-Jitsu to manipulate both Harribel and Kisame’s water-based attacks to use it against them.

You're saying this but also haven't provided any actual evidence or scans for Jinbei being relevant to Guy either.
All I did was argue against your claims of Kisame being a meathead.
If you want me to post scans post some for Jinbei first since you made the claim Guy Skill ~ Jinbei skill > Kisame skill first.

The second Halibel cuts either of their souls they get infected with the Hollow reiatsu and since neither Kisame nor Jinbe have any resistances that would equate to resisting what the Hollow reiatsu does (deteriorate your soul), their souls just implode.

one shot amps aren't allowed.
Harribel can match 1000+ year old death gods in combat and Kisame can match combat geniuses like Guy, if anything Jinbei is the least skilled here.
Harribel has her soul shenanigans under water so Jinbei is actually worse off there.
Harribel and Kisame can both neg the water-based attacks too so his being able to send them back means nothing.

Her heat wouldn't affect him, the soul manipulation would. Two different things tbh.
