Mikey is 1.62*531/[102*2tan(70deg/2)] = 6.02216410961 meters away from POV while Takemichi is only 1.65*531/[145*2tan(70deg/2)] = 4.31473060727 meters away from the POV.
The distance from the POV makes a big difference, learn that.
