Well, seems like Nezuko is there. I wonder if this means anything

What has been the absolute worst Death Battle episode of all time to you? If we are talking about objective quality, first Boba Fett vs Samus easily wins. But if we are talking about content, Ben 10 vs Green Lantern has been the most hated episode of all time.
Goku vs Superman 2. That rematch just felt like they were ******** on both characters unnecessarily, and Ben's later come out to admit he hates that episode as well, no doubt for similar reasons, outside of how they never actually wanted to do it.

It is what it is.
don't see any proof of Bias whatsoever
crappy reasoning sure
bias gonna need actual proof

what he said outside its own Track its ***** from top to bottom

Probably an early season episode but that’s kinda cheating. Personally I don’t care for Mario vs Sonic 2 at all, terrible representation of the characters.

Fugg.....they're going to kill Nezuko.....I wish they didn't had to go that route. Nezuko would go ape shit if she sees her brother getting hurt/killed.
Reminds me of Joseph Joestar when he witnessed Jotaro Kujo vs Kenshiro.

I mean didn't Akuma's feat come from non canon material?
Which makes Akuma vs Shao Kahn wasted.

Jagi has Tailung or Mileena from MK from what I’ve heard
Someone idle needs to make a comparison table for oppoennts against Jagi

they don't have this lax nature when it comes to other franchices that aren't marvel or DC.
Bro what? They had Danny Phantom and Jake along at lightspeed due to the most vague laser feats possible, same with Afro Samurai, and there’s also Dio vs Alucard where both got super highballed in speed, Alucard more than Dio. There’s also the Hiei scaling, Android 18 beating Carol with a power she doesn’t even have, Broly’s multipliers, Shao Kahn’s scaling to Elder Gods, I could go on.
One personal issue I have is that alot of stuff in the research ends up being really, really redundant, like in Iron Man Vs Batman they made a big deal about the Sol hammer, "Wow, Tony managed to make a planet destroying weapon!".

Big deal, you guys have him and Batman at universal already.
Blame fiction. Samurai Jack’s most iconic feat is beating down a bunch of assassins before a drop of water hit the ground. But he dodged light that one time so why is the assassin feat even mentioned. Simple. Because it’s cool and not everyone has vs debating brains where they think of things like that.
I’ve unfortunately got a vs debating brain myself. Prime example, I’m super biased against the Fate franchise for the same reason most of y’all are anti-comics.

At this point it's traditional to have this subject discussed on every new DB thread discussion thread lol!

For me in retrospect I've grown to despise Tifa Vs Yang. Being rigged, contradictory and kinda mocking wasn't bad enough, the questionable Tifa model put me on the edge but introducing me to a fandom/franchise (that I still regret ever getting involved in) push me over the edge and made that DB unforgivable!

again no
the only thing that was stupid was the whole 1500x FTL shit but doesn't change the verdict
and just because he like JJBA means shit theres other on there that can disagree on him
And the usage of Planet Waves "meteors" calculation that don't have Tier 7 energy if you actually pay attention to their damage output.
And the usage of the Cloud spliting beams of Dio that is not canon to the manga.
And not letting the usage of Shrodinger for Alucard due to "character and world reasons" even when he literally has it at the end.

Shadow vs Mewtwo is very up there, if we’re not counting season one stuff. But Subzero vs Glacius is easily the most forgettable episode for me.

You know what’s funny? Alucard got the speed buff more than Dio.
Dio’s feat got 1500c from a feat that’s normally calculated at approximately 200c. That’s slightly less than a 10x increase.
Alucard’s feat got Mach 1500 from a feat that’s normally calculated at Mach 6.

1.don't care enough on that and doesn't change the verdict
2.Anime Stuff is fair game and the QnA explains it
3.once again Schrodinger can't be used given it goes against his powerset and it took him years to come back from

silence we must pretend Alucard didn't get a Hand job in this one as well

Is not fiction to blame, is the people that ignore the context and consistency of the series.

If they made a big deal about that drop of water while complety ignoring the light thing, is likely because of the authors think Jack works around much lower speeds than Light, which works better for the narrative because otherwise a lot of crap wouldn't happen in the story if Jack was that fast.

I’ve unfortunately got a vs debating brain myself. Prime example, I’m super biased against the Fate franchise for the same reason most of y’all are anti-comics.

Cal, you don't read comics, you don't understand their issues and why people are "anti-comics".

We’re nitpicky as hell here. Context is rarely the problem. The Imperiex feat is a prime example since you brought it up before. Imperiex’s buffed state scales above his Big Bang by a significant amount, if his

So in other words…blame fiction. Writers don’t know math is a known trope. They don’t think they’re as strong as they made em. Look at Danny Phantom when Butch Hartman watch that death battle. And when asked if Devil Hulk was some level of strength , a writer said “a planet maybe?”
Cal, you don't read comics, you don't understand their issues and why people are "anti-comics".
Bullsh*t. I read more comics than most of those anti-comics dudes, evidenced by the fact that they think that most of these heroes work on Dragon Ball logic where all their conflict revolves around power levels.

1.don't care enough on that and doesn't change the verdict
Doesn't matter if you don't care, that is bad research, math and it changes the verdict because one of the reasonings was that with Dio's AP and Speed he would get rid of Alucard.
2.Anime Stuff is fair game and the QnA explains it
Sure, even tho it shows a level of power that Dio doesn't consistently showcase in every one of his fights.
3.once again Schrodinger can't be used given it goes against his powerset and it took him years to come back from
How it goes against his powerset? The only thing that would affect him would be the absorption of souls, but he still has all his other abilities and equipment.

Why it matters if it took him years to have that in this fight? You composited Dio here, making it have his Stand and Vampire abilities simultaneously, why not the same for Alucard if you are going to go "high-end" for the other opponent?

DB is lax/wanky at times sure but it’s fairly hard to prove bias is an actual factor outside of episodes like Yang vs Tifa and Shadow vs Mewtwo.
When you have one character composited (Manga/Anime), with highly extrapolated feats, and a fan backing it up, while other is being analyzed with "character and in-world reasonings" to remove abilities, it sounds pretty straightfoward to you aren't being balanced.

Dio didn’t even need the high end Planet Waves calc anyway, as MCB is more than enough. Furthermore, Dio is literally never said to have lost his part 1 vampire powers. People extrapolate that from his vampiric regeneration being slower before he absorbed Joseph’s blood. If anything, Dio gained a new vampire power in part 3 with the flesh buds.
