Bruh this is also me saying Spider-Man 2 and 3 having the best MCU intros ever

To be more accurate, it's extrapolated from the resistance value of air and his voltage.

It's not stupid, it's just like the lowest possible value.
It kinda is stupid considering Electro can send cars flying with his attacks and make large structures collapse with his shockwaves alone.

Not to mention guy can literally summon and abuse natural cloud-to-ground lightning which NWH just hammered down further.

I know that taking lightning bolts are not enough to have 8-C, but what about taking it continuous for some seconds, like Andrew Spidey did (twice)
Actually, there are some methods to scale fully to it.

1. You cannot be on the ground when you get struck by one. Check, neither Andrew or any of the other Spideys were on the ground when they took the bolts. Part of the reason why lightning bolts don't scale to one's dura usually is because the victims are generally on the ground where the elctricity safely dissipates. Wouldn't matter tho, Andrew took a Unibeam as well which is undeniably above 8-C+ territory via the 8 gigawatts statements for Mark 3, High 8-C if you assume the 10 gigawatts statement for the new Arc Reactors in Mark 6.

2. (OPTIONAL, MAYBE) You need to have your body be bloodied and bruised for the electricity to get least resistance moving around your body. Tom maybe qualifies for this?

Which is why I talked about a transformer.

Transformers kick up pressure into the dozens of kilovolts range so there's less losses.

Yeah Norman Osborn was winning pretty easily in the apartment fight, also not sure if it's a valid argument but to me it seemed like Green Goblin was kinda doing a Palpatine thing where he wants Peter to kill him

I mean, the first floor suplex broke Pete's ribs which pretty much crippled him for most of the fight, and even then he took a Goblin bomb to the chest with minimal damage. Clearly it shows he was unable to quickly assess just how powerful Osborn was. In the second fight Tom was pretty pissed at Goblin to the point where he didn't even care anymore, and was finally willing to cross that boundary.

Tobey Spidey went through the same ordeal in the first film. Granted he was distracted by MJ but so was Tom by Aunt May's safety, albeit not as much.

MCU spidey seemed pretty angry at osborn before the fight, even saying he wanted to kill him and then he nearly killed mj, i think he would've went all out or super close to him to the point that he needed a rage boost to stomp
Tobey did the same thing when Gobby mentioned he'd make MJ's death "nice and slow", just a few moments before he got Pumpkin Bomb'd and then Gobby proceeded to just pummel him, before Tobey turned the tide upon hearing the above.

Same case with Ock, Ock only got to nail him because Spidey was distracted with MJ (And even then Spidey pretty much just used the wires), but when they were in the water, while the claws were still active, Spidey was pummeling the ever living crap out of Octavius.

also not sure if it's a valid argument but to me it seemed like Green Goblin was kinda doing a Palpatine thing where he wants Peter to kill him
Eh, doubt it, I'm pretty sure Gobby was gonna take any way out to win and survive given that all the other villains sans Octavius were pretty focused on not wanting to die after that "gods" speech.

Doc Ock is supposedly a normal human without his tentacles so the fact that he can take hits from Tobey in the first place made little sense unless you buy into the comic "holding back" shit

Not exactly, in SM2.1, Ock clearly used his normal hands to fend off Peter briefly, even without that you could argue Doc to be a stone wall thanks to the arms and such.

And the Pumpkin Bomb scene basically proved that they're 8-C even when badly wounded and to the point where they can barely move, case in point, Tom having 4 ribs broken.

Errrrr no. Norman was mocking Peter that he wasn’t actually trying to kill him, calling him weak for not going all out

In the last fight, Peter let out all his strength/fought seriously. The movie made this…pretty clear….no Rage Boosts required. This isn’t even that different from SM1’s final battle. Just a case of Spider-Men finally giving their all

Heavily doubting that one. Goblin isn’t like Palpatine, he makes his goals pretty clear with the whole “Gods don’t have to choose. We take.” or how Willem said that Goblin in this one believed in a world of “winners and losers”. If this is truly the case, why would he willingly make himself a “loser”?
