Me after finding out that the only time Rhys Ifans and Thomas Haden Church appears in No Way Home, they were actually archive footage from Spider-Man 3 and The Amazing Spider-Man

In terms of AP?

This for physicals
These three for weaponry
The standard lighting value for some of times TASM Spidey tanks very casual attacks from Electro, though it’s obviously also used to support Electro’s god tier status within his own verse

The first calc in particular has already been something that MCU Spidey, Raimi Spidey, and New Goblin have tanked. And as we’ve seen across these Spider-Man related movies, that scaling is all very applicable

Will it be necessary to calculate Electro's feats?
I can safely answer this with a resounding and satisfying "no".

NWH basically confirms Electro's capability to summon, use and abuse natural cloud-to-ground lightning like there's no tomorrow, that's an easy 8-C and MHS+ (Basically also confirms 8-C TASM2 Electro, I seriously don't get why they didn't just downgrade him to that level for being able to wield natural lightning), to top it off, he can even use the Unibeam move just like Tony. And yes, Andrew, Tobey and Tom can all consistently dodge and react to said lightning mere inches from their face.

Also apparently NWH sorta confirms Electro to actually die in TASM2 so that's an interesting tidbit too.

Goblin's Glider easily gets the 8-C rating because it took two Pumpkin bombs with minimal damage. Doc Ock scales above the Spideys just by the virtue of 4-handing the Pumpkin bombs with his tentacles like Superman holding a bomb in his hands. And for whacking around Iron Spider. Basically everyone and their mother can tank Goblin bombs now. MCU Spidey takes one straight to the chest, and so does Dr Strange with the Bomb in the Box.

Enraged Tom Holland Spidey scales above Gobby for almost Kratos'ing the dude, Tobey stops him from killing Gobby and gets stabbed but says he'll be fine as he got stabbed before, Mid-Low regen, maybe? Harry would prolly get Low since his head scar healed as noted by MJ in SM3.

Oh, and uh... friendly reminder that Tobey and Andrew are far from their prime, both having grown old and both having back problems from the swinging (Nice try Tobey, but we both know you should've never jumped off of that roof) and so on and so forth. So all these feats are for their old versions. Their peak selves would undeniably be stronger.

Well Toby was able to stop a bloodlusted Tom (Who's base got throttled by Norman and Norman literally laughed off like a dozen head blows) so I wouldn't say that's completely baseless as the movie seems to portray Toby = Pissed Tom, implying Peak Toby > Old Toby = Pissed Tom > Goblin > Base Tom.

Though probably just thinking to hard about that.

There wasn't anything to suggest they're any weaker, merely they just had back problems (which was solved instantly courtesy of TASM Spidey's superb chiropractor skills)

I wouldn't say "far" from their prime. I mean, he regenerated from that and they weren't all that different in battle from their movies

I personally disagree with this. Also that's Tobey!

Pretty sure Tobey wasn't enraged here, if he got pissed he could've easily sidelined Tom, much like how his younger self sidelined Gobby after Osborn threatened to give MJ a slow and painful death.

Though probably just thinking to hard about that.

See, I was thinking this too, but during the hospital scene, you can actually see a bandage where he got stabbed, so that makes me doubt that ability sadly

AFAIK, no stiches were required, even MJ notes that there's no scar left.
I don't remember MJ saying that. Honestly, if there was a bandage there during the hospital scene, that implies to me it didn't heal off without the aid of medical help
Maybe they were holding back after all, as evident by Tom's bloodlust.
They aren't always out to kill people, yeah, but either way, they're equal in power. No one has a greater AP to the other
