You are talking about things like the Ten Realms, Darkforce Dimension or the Negative Zone?
Aren't those places considered to be fully distinct to the main marvel universe similar to U6 and U7? Instead of be something like the Afterlife and Living World?

The Dark Dimension and Negative are separate but we have direct statements from Odin referring to "Ten realms in THIS universe" and the ten realms still being included in contexts regarding Earth 616 as a whole.

Fr though Batman just has impenetrable plot armor in storylines where he has to fight alongside the Justice League. When starring in his own comics he can get his shit rocked by Street level villains (“Street level” meaning Peak Human by DC standards, not 9-C).

Honestly I'd take Orion vs Thor or Vegeta vs Thor, both are super thematic bad ass fights, I would not say no to either, some Orion representation though would be really appreciated ( Though I feel like if they'd have Orion fight someone it'd be Ikaris)
