^Just gonna place the justification here.

Modern Sonic: Planet level (Repeatedly defeated Chaos after he absorbed up to four Chaos Emeralds, where only one could move a continent or split the planet. Quickly defeated Ultimate Emerl, who was stated to be capable of destroying the planet. Helped defeat Master Core: ABIS, who created a black hole that would've destroyed the planet. Defeated the Nega-Wisp Armor, which was powered by the same Hyper-go-on energy that created a black hole that destroyed Eggman's interstellar amusement park, which was planet-sized . Fought and defeated the Eggrobo, which drained the power of the Extractor, which was stated to be able to blow up the whole planet without leaving a trace. After the events of Sonic Forces, he grew stronger and triumphed over Infinite after previously being effortlessly defeated by him)

Wait do you mean close or remove? Because I use the term interchangeably so I'm pretty sure I just confused you. Well I'm still going to remove it regardless.
 
You sure it's needed tho? If it's about trolls they will likely just go to another thread and continue their stuff.
 
Yes I do think shutting down a way for the trolls to post **** is needed, even if they will likely bother to do it somewhere else. Just because it will happen somewhere else doesn't mean we should just twiddle our thumbs and do nothing to prevent it happening somewhere else.

I agree with the upgrade, but I have a question:

If Sonic does get upgraded to 5-B, how high into it will he be? Just as high as the Sonic Unleashed feat, or x4 that due to Chaos 4?
 
Tbh the final Egg blaster destroyed multiple stars and even if we say Emerl absorved a small portion of it, there's no evidence to suggest that's even true, plus, it's even stated Emerl's able to destroy the world, so it just puts sonic higher then low 5-A, up into the low 4-C range at least, there's more feats like this to.
 
So, the rundown to summarize the most recent arguments of the last thread.

  • Master Core: ABIS is heavily contested due to the black hole not swallowing the entire planet yet.
Although, if I have anything to say about it, the danger from it was imminent and (correct me if I'm wrong) the stage had a time limit alongside it. But I'll leave this one alone as of now.

  • Colors' black hole is argued to be through chain reaction and Sonic can't scale to the black hole swallowing him up. And if it is legit, the planets are too small to be considered planet-sized.
Buuuut said BH doesn't come from any form of chain reaction that the player sees or knows about. It happens, starts swallowing up the amusement park and said planets (which are confirmed by Sega to be too large for any planet to hold, and the argument against it is from the world map. See here). Sonic's swallowed up in the process and survives for a small amount of time before being saved, the wisps stop the BH, happily ever after. The boss Sonic faces beforehand uses that same energy to fight Sonic, and gets thrashed base Sonic style. However, I'll move on from that and focus on some other stuff.

  • Eggrobo is being assumed as unable to have absorbed 5-B levels of energy, and that blowing up the Earth "without a trace" is too vague.
The mech was supercharged with energy when Eggman stalled for time by faking his death, and even charges up energy during the fight to create a valid 5-A sort of singularity that's invalid for scaling (due to it one-shotting Sonic) and being a BH (since it simply disippates). It shows this thing isn't really capping at Tier 6 energy output, especially since the difference between the pinnacle of High 6-A and Baseline 5-B is 2,008x difference. Assuming Eggman absorbed such a miniscule fraction of a power source doesn't make sense. The Extractor's energy being able to blow up the planet in an instant without leaving a trace is as about clear-cut 5-B as you can really get.

  • Emerl's statements of destroying the planet, without an unknown timeframe, is High 6-A.
No. Destroying the world without a timeframe is considered High 6-A. Being stated capable of destroying the whole planet, however, is 5-B. Coupled with the fact that Sonic became serious then and only then throughoutut the entire game and beats him in under 30 seconds shows, if anything, it was a really urgent situation.

Sonic Battle has Shadow state while having his 1 Emerald on his person, he is currently able to utilize their true power when compared to Chaos Gamma using the power of an Emerald Shard. So his Chaos Energy attacks are unquantifiably above the Unleashed calc yield via the calc at worst representing that 1 Emeralds top potential output. With Shadow casting aside his Emerald after he's fully healed and being able to harm and defeat Emerl while also stating he doesn't need it anymore to win shows he's unquantifiably above at least 1 with his own attack output.

Emerl was able to take attacks from Shadow in their final bout and Sonic was the one who ultimately put him out of commision by damaging his body to crap so Sonic gets the scaling.

Most peeps on this site tend to avoid multipliers lol but Chaos 2 and higher should be greater than the individual power of 1 Emerald by some good amount going by Tails stating how they accumulate their power. Technically the multiplier would be higher than 4x, so if we don't know the exact multiplier value, chances are we can't use it.
 
It's probably still a good idea to wait for Matt to come back. I also do have more to say, but need to take care of other stuff at the moment.
 
The FEB overloading emerl doesn't change the fact sonic still tanked attacks from Emerl and damaged him note to self Emerl already had the power of the chaos emeralds as a power source and possibly powers his strength and the emeralds can destroy stars when finitely absorbed,
