Hakuryuu uses both Djinns at the same time. That said Belial ignores dura so it evens out. And I've made it base zeref now

It really depends on who start his attack first, haku have roar attack, or zeref can simple crush him his gravity like magic(which he use against Makarov) while zeref have solid ap advantage i don't see haku escaping from it. Or he can use his syth try to affect zeref sense, while zeref can cover himself in his death wave. Since zeref shown to kill instincts and have attack which render haku movement and with large ap advantage zeref can probably take it, or it goes at stalemate

AP stomps or OneShot needs at least a X7.5 AP gap to qualified as a stomp. From what I see, it is less than X7.5.
