Reasons : 1-Zeref can kill Saitama with death manipulation with 1x layer (saitama already has no resistance)
2-When Zeref uses anksheram, he can remove saitama's soul from his body. (Soul mp)
3- Neo Eclipse As soon as Zeref activates neo eclipse, the timeline of their current battle will be reset and therefore there will be a deletion due to this reset, this deletion will also delete Saitama. (At the same time l2c ap)
4-I'm not sure about this, but zeref can immobilise saitama by paralysing him.
5-Saitama can never kill zeref no matter what he does because zeref has mid godly regen and in addition he has things like conceptual immo8 and rewinding time and space when his passive body is destroyed so saitama can't kill zeref but zeref would win even if he did nothing.
6-Zeref's vsb profile mentions that he has sealing (from spells like sbt's sealing) so zeref can seal saitama.

This is a stomp, Saitama can't even get past Zeref's normal regen, the best he could do is bfr him to Jupiter, but that's not even close to Saitama's first move while Zeref's first move one-shots Saitama.
