Also in terms of scaling Sailor Chaos's EE > Lambda regen > Galaxy Cauldron EE > Sailor Crystal's regen > EE

Not only that but it prevents and negates healing and restoration from first and third parties.

There are multiple people that can erase the entire multiverse. Beerus' erasure scales above that, which Xeno Goku resists. What's stopping Goku from just sealing her. First off his only sealing abilty is with the mafuba, which requires prep and he rarly ever uses it

Well, mafuba isn't the only kind of sealing used by xenoku......there is the sealing spell which is used by xenoku by which he sealed omega shenron away. It is not prep, and he doesn't need any equipment to perform it. But yeah, canon goku ponly has the mafuba. BTW, xeno goku's sealing is game exclusive.
