Juste Belmont Vs Chaos

The consequences of a dark ritual are felt almost instantly around the globe, a dark and heavy atmosphere surrounds Wallachia once again. The year was 1756, and the Belmont who currently carried the Whip was named Juste, grandson of Simon and the best magician the clan has ever had. At first, what he felt was similar to Dracula's magic, but feeling alone wasn't proof of anything and Juste had faced similar enemies in the past, so he keeps his head on the foes ahead and in his spell books, blasting fire, ice, lightning and wind on his way to the source of such dark power. Upon arrival, Juste defeats the minions performing the ritual, and they all say the same sentence: "we all welcome Chaos". That word wasn't used very frequently by the Belmonts, but Juste knew it couldn't mean anything less than complete world destruction if he fails, but it was this moment he felt said Chaos, but isn't Dracula's, or anything like him...it was from a different world, a different Chaos. But no more time was wasted by the Belmont, as he challenges his foe with the sound of the Vampire Killer's tip announcing the 1st round. Juste searches his pocket and notices he forgot the Chaos Ring, and he curses himself for being a dumbass

Wow, this Chaos profile is kind of bad.

There are almost no scans in the P&A section.

And why are some powers listed in the achievements section such as "Material manipulation + scan"? This should be in the P&A and not in the achievements section.
 
Yeah unless its like stupidly layered or smth Juste should resist I think, how many timelines does Chaos scale to?
