Soul Society said nothing they did was capable of killing him but the methods were never stated.Do you think he can survive the Sokyoku?

he Sōkyoku activates, emitting an immense amount of flames, it rises into the air, pointing towards the victim, who is held before it by support beams. The flames, enveloping the halberd, reveal its true form; a massive, phoenix-like entity called Kikōō (þç¼ÚÀçþÄï, Blaze Fledgling King).[3] In this state, the Sōkyoku's offensive and defensive power is said to be equivalent to that of a million Zanpakutō.[4] As it pierces the victim, this power increases by tenfold, and creates so much heat it vaporizes their soul.[5][6]

If I remember correctly, Yamamoto has two existence erasure techniques himself

So if we use "incapable of killing him" to refer to all the abilities of the soul society (or at least the abilities that speaker knew of), then he'd be getting some decent Regenerationn or resistances.

I don't believe so, if it was they would have surely had used it on him, considering Rukia was sentenced to death for something so trivial compared to what Aizen has done.

On a second note, this could have just been dumb story decision by Kubo to keep Aizen alive for the final arc.

I'm pretty certain they would've tried it on Aizen the moment he got back since as Shadowboku said, they were attempting to use it on Rukia for a crime thats laughably small compared to attempting to become a living God, conspiracy, treason, and most of all - lying about being Josh Grobin.

I believe it was Shunsui who said that nothing in all of soul society could kill Aizen, otherwise they would have killed him by now.

The Sōkyoku is broken and Aizen could very well just tank it anyways, given that Soul Society Ichigo deflected it.
