Besides being above High 1-As not being enough to be tier 0, DCs god tier will get downgraded to much lower stats kinda soon.

It depends. But Grant's cosmology wouldn't go beyond 1-C, even high 1-C (11 d) seems a bit of a stretch ATM. Not sure 100% tho.
