I read it wrong. I meant to say the worlds in the Orrery were 4D, but I forgot to take into account the Bleedspace for the remaining 7/8D. However, that would still make everything 1-B thus affirming my statement that it doesn't make a lick of difference.But its kind of wrong

The Presence, yes. The others, no. They're all baseline except for the Presence, whom is one layer.

Attack Potency: Hyperverse level (Superior to Phantom Stranger according to The Batman Who Laughs. The Quintessence is the highest order of beings in the Multiverse and exists on the same level of existence as the Sphere of the Gods. Overpowered Emerald Knight John Stewart, and fought Raven with her being nearly overwhelmed if it wasn't for Jim Corrigan bonding with the Spirit of Vengeance, and the Spectre's power was weakened under Pariah's control)
Mister Mxyzptlk
Attack Potency: Low Multiverse level physically (Emperor Joker physically overpowered Superman. Easily matched and overpowered enraged Rebirth Superman in a physical brawl). Hyperverse level with powers (Mister Mxyzptlk is one of the powerful being of the Fifth Dimension, and resides there as an imaginary-thought construct. With 99% of Mxy's power, Joker was able to warp Earth, Hell, and Heaven in his image and outclassed Highfather, Phantom Stranger, Zeus, Shazam, Ganthet and Darkseid, followed by Hal Jordan Spectre, Doctor Fate, and Takion. He did all of this with extreme ease, and it was implied that he could do much more if he tried, but it seems he wasn't interested. Mister Mxyzptlk was going to unimagine the Multiverse with his powers. Beings of the Fifth Dimension can freely move through Hypertime. Perceives Superman through infinite realities on a game board. Sees Superman and Batman's universe as nothing more than a game that he can change)

The Empty Hand didn’t fight the Light. What became later of the right hand was separated and became the Empty Hand. That was metaphorical as seen when he was described as the right hand, that is empty, that takes.

Mxy's feats is very inconsistent between the different stories and the nature of the Fifth Dimension often change.
