Why are Garlic Jr.'s henchmen listed as 7-B?

They were scaling to Chi-Chi, who use to be 7-B. But it seems like people didn't realize that they scale to her, or didn't even know their profiles existed.
So they were left untouched when Chi-Chi was downgraded. So yeah their ratings should be changed to whatever.
