What is the tier for a normal chainsaw?

Just wondering because some characters who use chainsaws seem to be on different levels so I am wondering if it is just the fiction making chainsaws stronger than they are normally.

You can't destroy an entire wall with a chainsaw. You can destroy part of it, and all of it over time, but that's it.

Ordinary chainsaws aren't Wall level unless you do it overtime.

The ICS Diamond ones however, easily qualify for Wall level. Those things can cut through thick stone.

No idea, could be possible, since they don't usually tackle through walls. But 18 kJ is the minimum firepower of a .50 BMG round, and it penetrates multiple walls with ease.
