@First Witch, Wait, so what does Uomo Universale do?

Its a passive force that creates weapons that are the most fitting to kills the enemy (like creating a gun with strong force to penetrate enemy defense or adds attributes to his bullets to hit weaknisses directly) Or instead of firing a beam that is always effective against you, it automaticly creates weapons that are effective against you, albeit with a rank down.

So, time to address the giant galaxy eating, loli shaped, elephant in the room... what exactly are Andy's restrictions? Is he completely unable to use his NPs normal functions? Or since one of his NPs gets its power from the counter force but he's something from space and would therefore be getting some exterrestrial equivalent of that, would he get weaker when he's on Earth? Can he eat reality marbles as well as the regular world?

Hm...I does said "World's Eater", so eating RM is a given, as it's basically just a self-made world...Still thinking about what else to limit though (like what amount must be eat until she could wake up, or the gag on her mouth limiting what she could eat in an instant with each stage, or maximum capacity before she must belch out and do a Godzilla, etc...), but honestly, Foreigner class isn't meant to be balance at all, especially with this case. It's a class that honestly shouldn't be summoned unless someone's willing to **** thing up real bad for all of us, or thing is already ******.

I figured I could make a special exception for goddamn Kratos of all people. You're probably right though. If Over wants to customize it by decreasing a different skill that should be fine.

Having it higher is fine, it's just that we don't know what it would do in canon, and there isn't really much room for improvement on it, it already gives his attacks a "+" modifier, so I'm not sure what else is needed. I guess the only thing missing would be to have it do more damage to gods, but it's not like that really changes anything unless galaxy eating loli (or nameless ruler if he somehow shows up) counts as a god.

Pretty sure independent manifestation is a class skill not a personal skill anyway, so it's not one you can choose for a personal skill

Edit: Yes, all the Beasts get it because its one of their class skills, but the specifics differ.

I mean there is Saber Shiki and Merlin, so that's like 2/4 of the profiles we have lol

Merlin has the qualifications to become a Beast, and Saber Shiki is connected to Alaya Edit: Akasah so none of the normal rules apply to her.
