Tokyo Ghoul: How are they only tier 9, and subsonic. Has anyone actually read the manga?

For starters, AoT characters are superhuman. But dodging bullets can be as low as peak human. Even Batman's feats were Subsonic+ for dodging bullets until he got scaled from Stephanie Brown.

Tokyo Gooul is a low-tier anime verse, I honestly can't think of a single feat that would be better than tier 8, although they may be faster than they are listed/

I don't give a damn about either verse here.
I just want to say two things:
1. If you want certain upgrades for a verse you like, post scans or other evidence and ask a calc team member to quantify the feats. Don't complain about another unrelated verse which has absolutely nothing to do with the verse whose feats you want quantified.
2. As for the off-topic verse, if you have problems with some stats for characters in said verse, make a separate content revision thread for it later on. Don't bring it up where you should not.
I apologize if I seem too harsh. It is not my intent to offend anyone. But I've seen this behaviour a lot here and it needs to be addressed.

I'm not a fan of the verse
But destruction feats are not anything impressive, several feats are just 9-B to 9-A
And while they dodge bullets, I don't remember dodging at close range

Yeah, I was always skeptical of the ratings but I couldn't be bothered to edit them.
The strongest characters should top out around 9-A for being vastly superior to everyone else, who are around 9-B.
As for their speed, we should also find a calc for that.
