which I have been saying like 3 times, why people talk about growing in raw power when they are already at the maximum they can both do in 3C?
I doubt it matters, Garou will not be able to access Asgard since it is outside of conventional time-space and even if he does, Thor has lived for thousands of years, it would be like looking for a nail in a haystack, especially if he attacks a young Thor who is probably being taken care of by this guy
Nah, but he can grow high enough into 3-C and then time travel to the start of the fight for a direct knockout or killing blow if he uses a dura neg technique on top of it

Garou would just copy and exceed any amount of muscle he puts in. They're capped at 3-C.
