super off topic and about 8 years late, but does anyone think this scene from s1 ep 9 looked SUPER weirdly/badly animated?
It squash-animation. The only time it's really bad is when you either watch it slowly (where you get things like 30-foot-tall Boros) or if there's too much of it at once in focus (which was the main complaint with the Naruto vs Pain fight). The animation for DSK vs Genos is fine for a quick thing and doesn't have long focus on it, so for the most part I would say its fine.
He probably gets blitzed by most 4-As now
He gets blitzed by most 4-As anyways dude.

Yo question, how high could tatsumaki raise her durability by boosting her physicals through psychic powers? As in, what does the "protection" scale to?

Flashy flash truly is the best speedster
slower than blast, saitama, platinum sperm, Garou, metal bat, boros and watchdog man

this sounds like the same argument that narutards use to defend that awful naruto vs pain fight scene
Do you know anything about animation? There are entire frames stretched out and contorted to create the cohesive visual you get. In Boros vs Saitama, when Saitama punches armored Boros, for 1-2 frames, his body doesn't even have a human form, it's stretched out along the shockwave.

24 hours is way too long.
It’s literally the same time we use for grace
It serves 2 purposes

1. Making sure that threads don’t start and end before people who would otherwise contribute to them even wake up (looking at you, Garou v Kratos)
2. Preventing people from voting at the very start of a match and then leaving instantly without seeing the counterarguments (looking at you again, Garou v Kratos thread)

If I had it my way I would make it so that people have to reconfirm their vote every 24 hours so that they would actually be more encouraged to participate in the discussion after they vote, but I highly doubt most users would be happy with actually having to engage counterarguments so I wouldn’t actually propose something like that

wtf is this shit

In their defense though this was 2019, when skeptics and down players were able to say that saitama was tier 6
yeah, reminds me of the time back in like 2015 when goku was unironically being hyped up to be able to solo marvel and DC, while Saitama was being downplayed to luffy level. ****** weird times.

I could possibly see an inexperienced powerscaling saying that the one ultimate is star level because it’s the full power of the sun
so I’m some universe it’s almost justifiable to say that escanor’s full power could beat saitama

Of course you think so, because you and the other staff would actually have to start reading counterarguments
Dw I read Kratos vs Garou in full, your arguments just weren’t as convincing 🤷

I’m certainly not the only one who thought as much

unfortunately no time limit can cure people being wrong, so I suppose we'll have to live with things like this occasionally
