Hope this works, God knows what speed Psykos is scaling since many profiles are MHS+ scaling to her but she's only MH, oh well. Interesting scenario where Flash encounters Psykos first, and Gouketsu is alive and alongside her as bodyguard or something

• MA Arc Flashy and Post Serum Psykos are use
• They start 100 meters apart from each other, and the fight starts inside the monster association HQ for round 1, going to the surface for round 2
• They are in character, the duo has access to some prep time and knowledge of Flash's public information

Flashy Flash has no info about them. While he still goes for instant kill, he has no reason to go all out from the start.

Considering 100 meters distance, Psykos would probably be able to stop his movement which is one of her starting moves. Gouketsu should be able to kill him then.

Though it is possible Flashy Flash can break out of her psychic ability.

Gale and Flame did say that it's possible to kill a psychic by blitzing them before they activate their powers and Flashy definitely could do that but that'd depend on wheter or not people here believe her reactions are comparable to human Gale and Flame who managed to keep up with a suppressed Flashy Flash
