Fr, the only 2 people who will stay on the Low 1-C list are Gao Chuan (who has High 1-A hax) and Joker (who is IIRC 3-8 layers into 1-A in terms of hax)

They were 8 because they weren't checked, we were just guessing. But they might be higher now since magic is accepted by default to affect the soul
