• As long as the character has a 5-D hax/ability/stat/weapon, etc listed on the profile, they can be nominated. (Ex: A character that is 10-B but has a Low 1-C weapon is still allowed to be on the list and can compete against a physically Low 1-C character if they are capable of doing so).
• If you nominate a character without proposing a specific spot for it, I'll just put it in an open spot, but it's preferable that you nominate a specific spot for it.
• Speed Equal will be assumed (spots via speed unequal are allowed, but you'll have to specify it in your nomination)
• SBA for the rest.
