Rules

• Characters only qualify for a tier if they are physically in that tier themselves. Tiers through amps that increases both Attack Potency and Durability also works, and the same applies to tiers via technology.
• Prep Time is only allowed if the character gets its tier via that.
• Speed is equalized by default. Spots via speed unequal are valid, but without defeating someone at speed equal, both characters will share a spot.
• SBA is assumed
• Two characters from the same verse can't occupy different placements in the same tier (ex. two SCP characters can't occupy the first and second placements in Tier 1-A, they can only share the same placement in that tier)

Here's a list of changes that were proposed in the last thread

1. Sonic characters need to be removed from 2-A since they're now Low 1-C
2. Void Entity needs to be removed from 7-B since he's now 8-A. Characters from Under Night In Birth take the number 4 spot as his replacement thanks to Void characters like Merkava
3. Epic Battle Fantasy moves up to the #5 spot, with everyone else moving down one spot
4. For 5-C it was proposed Reinhard and Statella be added back to the list, and to help fill out 5-C even more since it's a barren wasteland of a tier we can just borrow from the Non-Smurf List with Arifureta and Konron.
5. For 5-B Bastard Characters go behind Skarbrand, and characters from Metroid can go behind Arthas (Though I might do a match between them), and since Batter is pretty much a placeholder we can have Knives Millions take his spot. Edit: Also forgot Ergenverse characters (Mostly Gongsun Waner) should be added too.

Neat. Anywho, my proposed changes.

For 9-B:

• Add Characters from Epic Battle Fantasy for a spot there (Mainly Matt, Natalie, Lance, and NoLegs). Basically, all 4 of them have passive 5-D Plot/Fate Manipulation as well as passive Law/Probability Manipulation. And if they ever die, the Player that canonically trolls them (Who is 5-D) will redo the battle and try again until they get a scenario where they win.

For High 5-A:

• Characters from Epic Battle Fantasy should be placed above the Final Fantasy 6 characters. As someone who has played FFVI years ago, I don’t ever recall any of them having passives. Combined with the fact that all of their magic is 4-D at best (And the fact that they are thousands of times slower), they easily get screwed against Matt and Natalie who have passive 5-D Plot/Fate hax.

For 4-A:

For 9-B:

• Add Characters from Epic Battle Fantasy for a spot there (Mainly Matt, Natalie, Lance, and NoLegs). Basically, all 4 of them have passive 5-D Plot/Fate Manipulation as well as passive Law/Probability Manipulation. And if they ever die, the Player that canonically trolls them (Who is 5-D) will redo the battle and try again until they get a scenario where they win.
