a very quick bump to the fact that Eugard Vollachia should be number 3 on tier 6A instead of kidou En because he is thousands of times faster and kidou only has a chance in speed equal but its murky who wins and without a matchup that cannot be decided
So Push Eugard to rank 3 until someone makes a match vs kidou speed equal
 
Actually, Jiraiya is already able to absorb and redirect electricity and natural lighting so why wouldnt he be able to hit enel?

He don't have absorption in the profile, also:
Manipulate something ≠ touch something.
Ex: I can produce light, but I can't touch light

The most I can do is make both share spot, until you make a speed equal match

Logias in One Piece are a bit different from regular elemental intangibles; it's required you target their "true body" to actually damage them. Solidifying the element and targeting that isn't enough, which is shown when Luffy couldn't damage Prometheus despite the fact he used Haki to solidify it, because it didn't possess an actual "true body" to harm.

Unless Jiraiya can target that "true body" of Logias, he isn't harming Enel with his lightning. Also, if he does absorb Enel with his absorption, it's definitely possible that he might get screwed over since consuming Logias could cause them to take over your body.

I don't know, we never reach a conclusion.

For me personally, if he wins with unequal speed, but incon with equal speed, he should be above the other.

It's through his sword, you can see it at the end of the clip. His sword was also able to reflect electricity from madam spider (don't have a clip rn)

Isn't what you call the "true body" in the first place just the flesh body that the Haki user damages when the logia's elemental intangibility is nullified? Is there any proof that even if the elemental intangibility of logias is nullified, so-called "true body" still exists and that the true body cannot be targeted with standard attacks?

I was wondering if i should make the matchup or not at all but thats when i realized that it wont be needed because not only Subaru speedblitzes Yomiel at rank 8 tier 9B but he also rangefux him
If you DO want to see an utter stomp then sure i could make the matchup but it really just feels unfair to me

Since there ain't no H1A, I suggest inaugurating it adding Dream of The Endless there and/or adding Daniel Hall to 1B, can be in last place for now as I think he's able to win against one of those other guys but am too lazy to make a thread for now
