Amusingly, I think both Harbinger and the Godmodder get walled by High Godly? I don't see anything on his page that would concretely get around that (Something like BFR wouldn't do anything against Immeasurable speed I think, Law and Plot Manipulation would probably get extremely inconvenient but they aren't a killing method), and Harbinger did canonically just give up against someone else who had a similar level of resilience (Though I guess in the hypothetical scenario he absorbs the multiverse he would have access to Xander's sealing but that's not really what they key is for and not on the page accordingly)

I think his feats section speaks for itself, he's just very capable defensively and offensively through a combination of superpower and skill

Honestly, since I haven't seen anyone do so yet, I'd like to nominate Aria for a spot on the 9-C section. That air manipulation she possesses on its own is pretty dangerous, especially in the two matchups on the Forum that she's won. The.Ghostface duo pretty much only lost because of her Hax.

Look directly above your post and you'll see John Reeves, who's offense is about twice as ridiculous by just pulling out spare change

While I'm here, I've been debating which Valhalla rep is replacing Warrane's spot between The Grand and The Angel, since they're both explicitly stronger than him in the series and... You can see the discrepancy in their pages. Ultimately, I think I'll say The Grand because he's substantially harder to kill and isn't slacking on offensive hax with his Red Charge attacks, which he can throw out pretty regularly or save up for an Alpha Omega Blast Cannon if he's somehow not cutting it, while The Angel has better attack speed and more general offensive options but you can like, feasibly hurt her and potentially get an incap while The Grand just doesn't care about any harm that's only physical, and can regenerate extremely quickly, and is constantly resurrected by the network

I mean I figure she’s sort of self explanatory, her blessed ice power covers a wide array of ability and her senses/fighting skill is super high (surpassing many others who I’d also call unnaturally skilled honestly), she has a reality warping aura, tons of resistances, and alongside her rage boosting, accelerated development and being generally merciless she’d just be an extremely tough out. But I still highly doubt she’d get close to beating the number 1
