Mori Dan now has a 6-A key. I believe he could pack up Garou and Luffy/Kaido so unless anyone has any disagreements he could be put above them.

He's generally ridiculously more skilled than Luffy/Kaido (and still a lot more skilled than Garou), has insane AD, passive fear hax, durability negation, etc.

I would also like to add that due to having type 2 Beyond Dimensional Existance, Daniel Hall (Dream Of The Endless in 1B, we should change the name) is 4th place in the list, as Godzilla, SHIVA, The Dreaming Ones (how ironic lmfao) and Yan Sen can't affect him
I think he's also above The Higher Entities but I will be studying the profiles to get a comparison in a later point
