OK seriously though, in NWH, we don't have the military-grade biostim electrode, high-intensity capacitor thingies on Electro's head anymore to know how much voltage and amps he was running through the two Spideys, and usually we go with only 1 second of output as our maximum limit like DontTalk said, since we need the value in joules, any extra energy would effectively be endurance.

That and after the first torture session in NWH we see Electro use his electricity to only subdue the two Peters instead of torturing them or killing them, remember, Electro can control the lethality of his bolts to be harmless if he wants to.

I wouldn't bother with the extra DLC shots tho, some of them are so blurry I literally can't find their value even on the blu-ray copy I possess, some of them also cut off at the panel and get hidden, and it'd be bad if we couldn't get all the values properly.

In the end, it wouldn't change the values or the tiers that much.

using the values (609.6m for the height and 1090.1m for the radius) to calculate the surface area of the mountain gives us 8010502.0638163 square meters
using 214MPa as the compressive strength of rock (since we use that as our pulv values) gives us:
8010502m2 x 214MPa = 1714247428 Newtons or 174744.89 Metric Tons (Class M)
very legitimate and serious
