Re-instating the Sailor Moon Verse's speed feats

Sailor Moon's speed feat was erroneously changed and should be re-instated back on the profiles.

The Sailor Moon Universe is infinite in size. This confirmed by Sailor Uranus who called the space the Outer Senshi guarded, infinite. This is then more confirmed when the Sailor Moon universe is called a Static Universe, which is stated to be a universe where space and time is infinite.

Sailor Moon's light of her crystal is able to reach Wiseman's Domain, which is in an area outside the infinite time and infinite space of the Universe.

Characters can react, counter, defend, dodge, etc. Sailor Moon's power and scale to its speed. MFTL+ with Infinite reaction and combat speed should be place back on the profiles.

Yeah the scans seem solid at a first glance. IDK why the feats were rejected to begin with. This is no different than the Infinite Sized statements for Devil May Cry and God of War. I don't see why they can't be used.

If they're able to run faster than the attacks, they should have it scale to movement speed as well.

The why the character says "bright enough to reach us here" makes me think it's more than just a speed thing. Like the light could have pierced space and reached outside of it but that's just my interpretation.

Regardless it seems fine, but I'd like evidence that the characters react to these light attacks specifically.
