There were no obvious clues Grue could spot simply from looking at the crime scene. The bodies, the vehicle which killed the people, and everything had mostly been cleaned up, so Grue would be unable to deduce anything from such a scene unless he possessed intelligence far beyond what the GM previously thought

Grue continue moving around the city, on his trip this morning he had found a map of the city, that way he could not get lost and thus continue his journey

Rhongomyniad smiled and began trying to walk forward, just trying to explore and find a place to eat

Ythala said nothing for a few, long moments, before gingerly pressing her back into Tokugawa as he embraced her, her pale, soft flesh trembling against his scarred chest. Her wings slowly calmed themselves, the feathers visibly ruffled and disordered.

“…I-it is…my fault…Tokugawa. I…I…should not have…m-mentioned it…” Ythala said quietly. She took a soft, deep breath.

“T-thank you. F-for…f-for being h-here with me…”

(Week later bump.)

"Well, I'm part werewolf, my body's hormones work a bit differently than a human's, so sex is something that is usually on the mind..." Kinzer said.

Rhongomyniad nodded and relaxed herself, putting a pair of sunglasses on, simply walking normally and casually

Kinzer walked at her side, everything seeming normal for a few minutes. The faint sense of corruption radiated from behind the two, "You feeling that?" Kinzer asked telepathically as they walked.

"Yeah, we should be careful on Recon duty." Rhongomyniad responded telepathically, her eyes narrowing

"Yeah..." Kinzer said. The corruption disappeared as they walked for a few more minutes, causing Kinzer to stop moving.

"It didn't attack us..." He muttered.

"True enough. But it knows we're here now, we can't group up for risk of being followed I feel

"Didn't plan to. We're being watched, though, which is why we should get to an area with some people. It'll be harder to attack us, that way." Kinzer said.

"Yeah, lets move." Rhongomyniad said, trying to get to an area they'd blend in at

Kinzer nodded, moving with Rhongomyniad. "We could head to a bar or restaurant, like you said..."

"Sounds good to me. Besides, we can try and enjoy ourselves a bit while we're at it..." Kinzer said, "If you want."

"Well beer won't much effect either of us!" Rhongomyniad said with a laugh telepathically, motioning to follow her as she made a bee-line to the path to the bar

"Who said I needed to get drunk for sex?" Kinzer said telepathically as he followed her, letting out an audible chuckle.

Ythala took a gentle breath, her body slowly beginning to relax in his grip.

"...P-please...d-do not..." She said nothing for a moment, taking another breath.

"...d-do not d-disappear, T-Tokugawa. I...I..."

"Who said that's what I meant? Though drunk you would be amusing!" Rhongomyniad responded telepathically, a chuckle of her own making it out

"Heh... I guess it would." Kinzer said telepathically as they approached the bar, "Though, I don't exactly know anything about alcohol, so not like I'd know what to pick..."

Ythala took a gentle breath, her body slowly beginning to relax in his grip.

"...P-please...d-do not..." She said nothing for a moment, taking another breath.

"...d-do not d-disappear, T-Tokugawa. I...I..."

"...I n-need you..."

Tokugawa's grip around Ythala gently tightened once more, the boy pressing his face into her neck as they embraced. With a soft, calming breath, he spoke to her.

"I will never leave you, Ythala... I will always be your friend..."

"Heh... I guess it would." Kinzer said telepathically as they approached the bar, "Though, I don't exactly know anything about alcohol, so not like I'd know what to pick..."
