Their literal best bet is Sans' KR working on them, and that's even disregarding their massive speed advantage.

Funny thing is, despite them being the villains, the members of Organization XIII have actually killed very few people.

I'd probably add in Mettaton NEO if it wasn't for the fact that A) His AP can be from being as low as 6-B to as high as 2-C, B) his durability is unknown, and C) He's still slow compared to the KH verse characters being FTL+ compared to Metta;s Rela+ speed.

Sans is probably their best bet but like Everlasting, that's by disregarding the Organization;s massive speed advantage...

1. Assume NEO's high end and Undyne can go Undying. The Underground stomps.

2. Assume NEO's low end and no Undying. Organization XIII stomps.
