I ran out of stuff supporting tier 2, beyond multiple time axis from multiple worlds also being potentially affected too, which appears to have been declined.

I don't think so. Now we'll have to wait though I don't know if the tier 2 has a chance to be accepted.

It was pretty much concluded to just be an Illumina scenario (only one is "actually" an universe, while the rest are pocket realms of lower size, but without even the Low 2-C rating because there´s not enought proof that the time axis was also going to be potentially affected)

This could at least put them considerably above baseline 3-A (as there are countless "worlds", and so the amount of AP needed to affect all of them including the actual "universe" would be surprisingly high if we were to assume the time axis isn´t affected) , but that´s it.

The main problem is about the time axis because, as said, nothing proves that Xehanort's attempt to create a new world from KH would have affected time itself. So everyone stays 3-A or "At least 3-A". But What about KH ? Should it be noted as "At least 3-A, likely higher" ?

Well, if the above is right, this means they at least get a drastic upgrade to almost (As there´s no "ever expanding stuff" you would find at 2-B) high-end 3-A in AP.

And yes, as literally the only thing missing is explicit time stuff at 3-A size, I think what you propose is a good idea.

And it also likely leads to the Sora Vs. Dante match having to be redone

One thing for sure is that 2-B isn´t that far away, it´s even closer than the "infinite universes" statements many 2-B series wish for.
