As the resistances in the first thread are based off of willpower, and with the willpower scaling method in the second thread accepted, people who scale to that Key of Luffy's Haoshoku scale.

Katakuri matched that Luffy.
Everyone like Rayleigh, Shanks, WB, Roger, BM (who already scales via a drastically better feat of the same caliber), Kaidou, and Oden scale as well.
