Not confirmed but i sure it is , Black lightning comes out of his hand and there are sfx like other coc users.

I think he does have it honestly, really only the strongest people can have it so in a way it would make sense for Mihawk to have it. He’s the World’s STRONGEST Swordsman after all.

And the clay dude being capable of creating clay marines is pretty damn useful too.

I'm pretty sure what Garp did is busoshoku only, but it's the first time we saw it with such a massive AOE and a weird bubble shockwave thing. Reminded me of Sengoku's shockwaves

mihawk gained the title as the strongest swordsman waaay after roger died

and there's so many statements of mihawk being the strongest swordsman and one flat out saying "shanks used to be as strong as mihawk"

Again, that could go either way, and that was way before shanks became a yonko. his haki potency could have grown, while his skill with a sword decreased

When he jumps there's no Haoshoku trail like with Zoro/Luffy and the others, the sparks seem to be coming from outside and in, instead of out of his fist like a streak. So I assume it's the typical Haoshoku lightning, only cranked up to a thousand

mihawk is still being called the strongest swordsman, zoro's dream is to become the strongest swordsman and surpass mihawk

you wont catch zoro saying he dreams of surpassing shanks
