Omnipotent Assassin vs. Perfected Super-Destructive Life-Form (AC)

I still can't shake the feeling that this is a stomp, but I've yet to put my finger on why. Eh, might as well go ahead with it.
  • Prior knowledge: They both have the same knowledge as they did in volume 20.

  • Location: A completely flat, empty space.

  • Preparation time: Koro has 10 minutes of prep time.

  • Equipment: Koro has access to every single anti-tentacle weapon.

  • Starting distance: 200 meters away from each other.

  • Speed is not equalized.
SBA otherwise.
Greatest Assassin ''The Reaper''Greatest Weapon Perfected Super-Destructive Life-Form

This is a one-time stomp. Reaper (Koro) will not be able to keep up with Koro (2.0) speed even with weapons. He could still dodge. and the attack power is too far apart by 514 times (The reaper (Koro) adjusted to 18,000,000 Joules)

Speed Difference
Koro's kinetic vision can keep up with Reaper's speed as seen in the final battle (it just needs a bit of time to get used to, which is the main reason I gave him a prep time), and afterwards he can just keep predicting Reaper's moves to kill the speed difference just like in the final battle (mind you, it was 2v1 too, and he still had time to mess around).

On top of that, he possesses awareness that alerts him to everything directed at him; human reading, which warns him when his opponent is going to attack; and precog, which works on light-speed assaults.

Koro can tag him, but he needs to play a perfect game; the slightest of mistakes and he'll die. Well, Koro should be fine; playing perfect games is not a challenge for him.
Power Difference
Koro, while lacking the power of a middle schooler, humiliated the same guy in hand-to-hand combat; it'll be easier here. He has the skill to do so.
