Luffy is unknown above baseline (which is 4.3 gigatons) with Gear 4th. The AP difference is somewhat inferior to 6.3x so Natsu one-shot.

Gear 4 Luffy is baseline? What sense does that make? is the luffy after he defeated Katakuri? that's definitely not a baseline. Luffy takes that over Precog and homing attacks. Natsu is a brute fighter, which brings nothing here in any case and his aoe attacks knows luffy already 5 seconds before you can use them. For Luffy, there is nothing new to avoid explosions.

In the current chapter Luffy get directly hit by Fire but it doesn´t even scratch or hurt him, he even don´t use CoA to tank the fire ball of Holdem. The think is that he don´t get damage either by Red hawk or fire attacks(last chapter) show that Luffy is possible immun against Fire attacks. So if we count this Natsu has only his blunt force and that doesn´t would help him against Luffy, he would lose the battle in the end because I don´t think Natsu can tank multiple G4 attacks let alone speak about King Kong gun. Luffy wins.

The fact that Luffy managed to tank fire without a scratch only means that the fire was weak. And Luffy can withstand his own red Hawk because of his hardening.

Guys we already see manytimes back in the manga how Luffy was tanking big fire balls, one time when Ussop directly hit him with very big fire explosion and when Ceaser hit him with it, still he came everytime without much injuries:

Luffy is fast and can use FS to dodge Natsu aoe attacks, I don´t see here any problem for Luffy in G4.
