Jinka Yamato vs Monkey D. Luffy [pre-timeskip]

I actually think I'll vote Luffy via Soru amps and his own massive A.P boost with Gear 3rd which will function similarly to Jinka's five element fusion and Analytical Prediction to dodge five element fusion.
 
Counted. However, aren't Luffy's feats of analytical prediction restricted to martial arts? I don't see how he would use this to dodge the Gogyouken, especially given Jinka is actually smart using this move (Luffy was affected by Rokuougan pretty easily by Lucci in this key btw)

Lucci is a master martial artist with an additional limb and he didn’t even try it until Luffy was tired. Nothing suggests that Luffy’s ability only extends to martial arts. Gomu Gomu no Bo also lets him dodge.
