Yes he does, but unfortunately afaik his resistance isn't on the same level as Bleach's soul manipulation. The soul manipulation in Bleach scales to being able to soul manipulate thousands of characters all at once, Natsu doesn't have any soul resistance feats on that level I believe and as a consequence he can't resist Aizen's soul hax
