magikarp's moves revision

Magikarp's moves on it's page says that it can use:

Splash, Flail, Hydro Pump, Dragon Rage, and Struggle.

However, it can only learn Hydro Pump, Bounce, Celebrate, Happy Hour, Struggle, Splash, and Tackle at the time of Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon.

Unless these moves are from the TCG (Trading Card Game), they should be changed accordingly.
 
event moves come from specific versions of those pokemon, so it can't really be composite unless the profile is from that specific event (like arceus)


if individual 999999999 health slimes from epic battle fantasy can't be accepted in a composite profile, then some magikarps with dragon rage shouldn't either.
 
Magikarp can learn Flail by level up.

I don't think it should have Struggle listed as a move. It's never been mentioned, to my knowledge, in either the manga or anime and seems to be there just in case a Pokemon runs out of PP, as an anti-softlock measure for the games
