Lore Updates for Nocturne, Vladimir and Veigar

Also, Weekly... You didn't show the scan/screenshot of the devs saying that they are the embodiment of said concepts. Their lore says that they are spirits that got "changed" or were "born" from these feelings or things

Mord has power null that can prevent a non-corporeal being from leaving a corporeal form:

"Imprisoned in the heart of the warlord's new, monolithic fortress, Veigar was forced to turn his magic to darker purposes. Knowing that yordles were craftier than any of the mortal races, Mordekaiser bound Veigar to the physical plane, preventing him even from escaping to Bandle City. He was not the only captive in that hellish place, but such isolation was the worst and most cruel form of torture for a yordle."

Veigar has pretty damn good sealing via time manip:

"Clad in armor befitting a sinister warlock, he vowed to seize respect in the only way he could remember—through ruthless villainy, inspiring fear in all who encountered him. He would call down the fury of the stars themselves upon his foes, and trap them in the timeless infinities between moments."

Veigar casually created and manipulated a large-scale thunderstorm with his magic, yet another tier 7 feat

Vlad is over 4000 and has type 1 and 3 immortality

All Darkin have blood manip, and yet another instance of them having matter manip:

"Mortals were little more than cattle under the tyranny of the darkin, their supremacy apparent in the sorceries they had conceived—the arts of crafting flesh and transmuting blood, granting them mastery over life itself."

LeBlanc possibly scales to Vladimir...?:

"At the height of Mordekaiser's dark reign, it was said that a mythic and bloodthirsty fiend haunted the coastal cliffs of eastern Valoran, demanding young lives and savage worship from the local tribes. Few were welcome in his lair, until the day a pale sorceress approached this barbarian god with an offer. The two feasted together as equals, weaving magic so dark that the wine at their table soured, and the roses withered, vibrant red turning to black.

Thus began the pact between Vladimir and LeBlanc, rife with disputes, and games of politics and war. Over the centuries, others joined them—powerful nobles, exalted masters of magic, and beings darker still. This cabal grew into the hidden power that would guide the throne of Noxus for more than a thousand years, orchestrating many of the empire's most ambitious campaigns."

Memory manipulation and erasure:

"This part of town, though, was a growing mystery to her. She'd known the mansion was here, of course—everyone in Noxus knew where he lived, though few could recall ever going there. With every step she took, Maura felt like she'd wandered into a strange city in a newly-conquered land. The streets felt unfamiliar—narrower and more threatening, as if each twist and turn brought the walls closer and closer until they would eventually crush her. She hurried on through the unnerving quiet, craving a source of fresh light—a boundary lantern perhaps, or a low-burning candle in an upper window, set to guide a night-calling suitor."

Biological and Bone manipulation for both Blad and the darkin:

"My master's kind had the power to defy death—to sculpt flesh, blood, and bone into the most wondrous forms," continued Vladimir. "He taught me something of their arts, magic he wielded as easily as breathing. But it took every scrap of my intellect and will to master even the simplest of cantrips."

Also animal manipulation seeing as he can freely control his Crimson Butterflies

Mind manipulation and physical possession:

"his mastery of hemomancy allows him to control the minds and bodies of others as easily as his own."

Nocturne is unbound by the laws of physical reality:

"Although no record names the first of them to cast off their flesh and enter the spirit realm, it is known that they came to stalk one another not only on the battlefield, but in landscapes shaped by their own subconscious thoughts and emotions. Unconstrained by the laws of physical reality, they fought in ways that more mundane minds could scarcely comprehend, even conjuring subtle, etheric assassins to do their bidding."

Nocturne has body control:

"It surged closer, hovering over him. Drops of midnight fell from its form, bleeding away to nothing like ink in the ocean. The monster's arms elongated, their ends twisting and flattening into broad, wicked blades that hooked over its claws."

Also, Lulu gets reality warping from her own page:

"Lulu shapes reality on a whim, warping the fabric of the world, and what she views as the constraints of this mundane, physical realm."

Also, some other stuff for Yordles, Bandle City itself resides within the Spirit Realm, meaning, as supported by Veigar's new lore, all Yordles true forms are intangible, invisible, incorporeal spirits residing on another plane of existence. Same with Demons.

About that Nocturne's "unbound by the laws of physical reality" part, the spirits of the mages were fighting in a spiritual realm where the laws were different than that of physical reality which Allowed them to not be restricted. It's also stated that time has little meaning in that realm and that Noc came down from the Spiritual Plane to the world. So don't think it'll give him Resistance to Law Manip or Reality Warping.

Can I just state that World breaker Nasus should have Existence Erasure:

"The last of four titans prophesied to shatter the world, Nasus is the true end of all things. A monstrous abomination of smoke and flame, he will emerge from the bottom of the earth in a column of hungry fire, devouring all of existence. "

Also, a minor thing but the Pentakill members would gain the ability to travel to the spirit realm as well as affect non-corporeals seeing as they traveled to and visible affected Bandle City

Being "unbound by the laws of physical reality" is resistance to physic manipulation, not law manip/reality warping

Kal I don't even think it's resistance to anything. Mages could not exert to their full potential in the physical world but once their souls went to the Spiritual World, they could freely exert themselves to their fullest as the realm itself has different laws than that of the physical world hence the "unbound by the laws of physical reality" statement which describes the nature of Noc. However, Noc himself was born/formed/created in the spiritual realm and could not freely come to the Physical world and needed external help in the form of dreams of the people in physical world to sustain himself and manifest in the Physical world.

All demons should lose the Type 8 Immortality and Mid-Godly. Thats a fact. Their existence needs to be fuelled by the things they feed off of to continue, but they aren't unkillable until the things disappear. They can be put down normally and the whole "I'm reliant on one thing to survive" is more of a weaknees than anything.

Theyre going to be upgraded to their actually accurate rating soon anyways but im just referring to adjusting ths scaling so they actually scale to the proper people

I still don't see how Vlad scales, given his hemomancy and the uncertainty behind the Darkin's death.

This is quite the bump, but what about the Mid-Godly and Type 8? It seemed to be agreed that the demons should lose them here.
