Ryze is much older than Demacia though? The Rune Wars predate Demacia and Ryze was alive during that time.

His lore flat out states that his aging has been magically altered by the world Runes

Yes. That's why him being only 250 years old doesn't make sense. Ryze is much older than Demacia which is in turn much older than Galio who is already centuries old.
 
Oh only 250? Yeah no thats way too low an estimate considering the Rune Wars canonically happened over 1000 years ago
 
So Ryze has high 6-C shields for being able to block attacks from brand, he has sealing, and his magic was able to keep a city from crumbling indefinitely with brand stating that even he had trouble getting through ryze's magic
 
I just want to say it is likely thata the gigantic hole in the top right of Noxus is the rune explosion that Ryze was talking about. Now that we have a map we can get a better idea of the damage it did:

We know from Rioters comments in the AMA that the distance between Noxus's capital and Demacia is about 4200km.
 
Also the picture of that gigantic creature in Nagakabouros' page is in fact not Nagakabourous, just a km long sea creature that lives near Bilgewater.
 
Since we have a statement on how big the explosion was and there is 0 evidence for the "hole" to be from those world runes it is better to leave the calc as it is.

That seems like it would be higher than High 6-C...

Also Realm Warp should be teleportation on top of spatial manipulation

Also Ryze killed a Watcher

Also i'd just like to point out that in the end shot, the only rune he's missing is the one in Ezreal's gauntlet
 
I gotta say League is on point with their cinematics.

Also yea draining oceans would be above High 6-C.

One more thing didnt Ryze tank a world rune explosion in his flashback (at 4:34)
 
So should Noc and Evelynn have type 8 based off of their respective concepts of nightmares and pain?
 
Also, reading through 'For Demacia' again, Garen and the Vanguard were able to hit beings made of shadow with who are intangible:

"Legs braced, Garen felt a searing cold in the muscle of his shoulder as a black claw plunged through his pauldron. The metal did not buckle or crack. The claw passed through unimpeded, and Garen felt a sickening revulsion spread through him."

Lux can also imbue things with her own magic to amp them:

"She followed the route she had taken only this morning, letting the power of her magic flow into Starfire to grant him sight beyond measure. Lux and her mount flew through the night, eventually reaching the crossroads where the roads diverged."

Lux should also be upgraded to 7-C for defeating Nocturne
 
Noc also stalemated a Puella Magi character and both of those were before he got some more abilities added and now his mind related hax are at town level (or beyond since they affected animals too).
 
Masada's mindhax resistance makes SW mindhax completely useless on them (They can tank every single definition and feeling of fear that was felt by any living being, the primal fear that existed since the big bang, multiplied by any number above decillions of universes up to a literal infinite amount of universes since Mercurius' law started to rule. This is also used by the very concept of Darkness and everything related o darkness, such as sins, monsters, shadows and etc.) . So, no. His mindhax can't even affect Rusalka. Also, Rusalka is pretty much the second weakest LDO
 
Also just like to point out that Ryze stated that ever since the Rune Wars, the World Runes have been steadily becoming stronger as time goes on
 
Also more evidence for Galio's power null, the vault that holds the World Runes is made entirely of Petricite
 
Also, its confirmed in the Map of Runeterra that Ryze did in fact kill a Watcher:

Yeah, the Watchers sent down minions to investigate these World Runes.

It is not a Watcher. Scathlocke leads that team. They are writing another storyline for Watchers at the moment. Scathlocke writes the Watchers himself.
