New Veigar short story is out. Apparently yordles can leave the physical plane to travel to Bandle City. And Mordekaiser can bind people (or in this case yordles) to the physical plane to prevent this.

No, Graves wouldn't be 2-A, but the Dark Stars would be, and Kindred now goes to a 2-A scale.
Also, as shown by Praetorian Grave's recall, when one gets damaged another version drops in to replace it.
