What's that even mean? The last two Stands Kars gets chronologically are The World and D4CU, where he gets them at the same time. Only Stand he wouldnt have is KQ, which isnt effecting much. Also can you even restrict Stands like that? None effect his tier, offensively anyway.

Also, most of Meliodas' resistances are kinda superficial at best here. Kars is capable of adapting to other's resistances, increasing the potency of his abilities to effect those that would previously be uneffected. Not withstanding Kars can copy his resistances as well and the ost threatening ability Meliodas has, the soul manip, is kinda ineffective here, ignoring that Kars could likely just copy his resistance towards it. Kars doesnt really give a shit if his soul is destroyed, not even Dio did and Dio got his powers from Kars.

Kars doesnt have KQ yet, assuming he only has up to The World, KQ was the last Stand he got, although dont think you can restrict Stands like that though if they dont effect his tier (You could probably use start of novel Kars though before het gets any Stands given that's clearly distinct but i dont think you can arbitraily restrict cerstain Stands like D4C or Whitesnake).

But seriously, what stops Kars from just understanding everything Mel does and just hitting him with his own attacks? He has the AP advantage, unlimited stamina and can just go lolno to his resistances.

I don't think Dio has the AP to do that. But soulfucking, flash freeze, mindhax, etc are all viable options for this Dio that aren't even that out of character (Hell this Dio uses SRSE too).
