I believe that's them just saying he is skilled enough to adapt to Hits fighting style and guess where he would go next with his Time Skip.

Could be, less likely that it's adaptation since it's not the environment he is building a resistance to, it's specifically Hit's ability.

I'm pretty sure Hit's Tokitobashi is a pretty advanced ability, it's not any GER, but I think you'd have to have a fair bit of it, this is just a discussion over it, that's why I added "may"

Because Electricity works in a different way and wounds inflicted by electrical attacks are different from conventional attacks.

Any Ki attack causes an explosion, which, fortunately, isnt heat related because you argue that energy =/= heat. Because tanking a Ki blast to the head and tanking a nuke are two different types of energy?

Of course with enough dura, electricity or not you arent hurt. Its energy, its joules.

Yeah, you can put energy resistance, but heat resistance sounds more specific.
