Dunno, man, not really knowledgeable on them, but Yukari's Conceptual Manipulation seems to be more powerful than what Sol's resistances can withstand because Yukari's Conceptual Manipulation works on more fundamental level. Compare Sol's resistances to Death Manipulation, Reality Warping, Spatial Manipulation, Transmutation, Information Manipulation and Existence Erasure "Both he and Justice are able to survive the Absolute World which will kill all of the races in the universe, creating mass extinction and erase everything that can't survive said world.
