Imbalanced World RP: Thread 1

Two ghosts resembled that of WW1 soldiers, complete with rifles, and the third was a knight looking character. The knight had pushed the other two ghosts out of the way to take the brunt of the blow, leaving the two other ghosts safe.

Meanwhile, Patricia, not pausing due to the sudden figures, aimed her rifle once more and began to fire alongside the two ghosts. Now there were plenty of gunshots ringing around.
 
The knight is damaged by the attack, but only slightly. The gunshots cause the creatures to recoil back in pain, they are damaged. The creatures gather in one spot and begin fusing together.
 
Finally concious after he looked around it seemed like days had passed since a terrifying battle. Just looking around the memories of his choices flashed back to him and it feeled him with regret. At best he was a pox on this land everyone he saw or interacted with had powers and abilities they called their own. But that wouldn't deter him from trying at least. He saw what he thought were people on the horizon and he decided to head towards them. Though he didn't run fearing that waste a good lot of stamina he would need today.
 
@Group Dies, Jirah and Silas notice someone waking up near them as they pass by.

@Everything Alexander notices a fight going on as he flies overhead

@Overlord Jack can now clearly make out the figures that are fighting, a woman that was among the people brought here by The Balance alongside several ghosts is fighting against unusual creatures

@Totadile you see some people nearby

@Jacky the creatures have now fused together, they form into one, larger creature that has a watery twister surrounding it, the creature lunges towards the ghosts.
 
Harinder saw what he thought were people on the horizon and he decided to head towards them. Though he didn't run fearing that waste a good lot of stamina he would need today.
 
Startled by this turn of events Harinder pokes back and says. "Hi I'm new to these lands I fear. Do you know what attacked those demons? It seems like it was a bloodbath."
 
"Ah, shit," she muttered as she began to fire even more bullets into the creature, while the two ghosts with rifles did the same, the knight was rushing out of the way to avoid a devastating blow. Their goal was to kill it before it reached them.

Jack can now clearly see the fight going on, he is roughly 200 meters away from it.

@Jacky

The knight avoids the attack, however it is damaged and sent flying by the whirlpool surrounding the creature, the soldier's blasts are caught and sent away by the whirlpool, however Patricia's attack hits the creature in the chest, it seems to cause it to crack somewhat. The creature unleashes two large streams of fast moving water directly at Patricia.
 
"Shit," she muttered before attempting to roll out of the way. Her training didn't exactly prepare her for this. What the hell was she supposed to do?

The group have now reached the road that leads to Elumia, the city can be seen slightly more clearly, but is still rather far away.

@Jacky and Overlord

The blade of wind strikes the streams of water, causing them to be sent away from Patricia, the creature begins slicing at the soldiers with its massive claws, the crack in its chest seems to have grown somewhat.
 
The demon seems distracted by those phantasmal soldiers, time to strike !

I activate Typhoon Double Speed Boost, rushing towards the large creature, and try to stab him in the crack in his chest.
 
"Thank You. I apologize for any inconvencience my presence with you causes. I'll try to aid you in this quest. So what is your quest? Perhaps I can help." Harinder suggests. Continuing towards Elumia.
 
[You're on a road, there isn't much architecture there, though there may be a few houses along the way]
 
The ghost soldiers wince in pain as they continued to try and unleash a bullet hell into the demon in question, while the knight also tries to get close to slash at it, being protected by Patricia's gunfire.
 
@Jacky and Overlord

The knight successfully slashes the beast, but is blown back by its whirlpool immediately after, this combined with the gunfire widens the cracks, Jack stabs the creature, it recoils in pain as the cracks grow to cover its entire torso, the creature attempts one last attack, expanding its whirlpool to deal as much damage to everyone around it as possible.
 
The ghosts were started to get beaten and battered around, barely being able to stand their ground. They kept firing as the knight was launched away from the position of the monster. Patricia continued to fire, also being relentlessly beaten by this whirlpool.
 
The whirlpool damaged Patricia, her ghosts and Jack a significant amount before being blown away by Jack, the gunfire struck the beast again and again, the cracks grew larger until they covered its entire body, the beast stopped moving, seemingly attempting to use all of its remaining power to keep itself together.
 
Patricia sighs as the ghosts, far too wounded to continue, dissolve into wisps and run back to Patricia, seemingly being absorbed either into her or into something on her body. She readied her rifle and pulled the trigger for what would hopefully be the last time.
 
The sword strike and gunshot combined cause the beast to shatter into many pieces, shooting a light up into the sky, which then vanished into nothing. As this is happening, Silas, Dies, Jirah and Harinder see the light beam quite close to them.
 
The woman's little medals on her outfit were all glowing with some spiritual energy as she slung her rifle around her back. She sighed. "Haven't had a fight like that...at all,"

She then glanced towards the one staring at her and shot him a similar glare. "And your problem?"
